- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into bite-sized chunks)
- 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
- 1/4 cup milk or buttermilk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with pickle juice and milk. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.
- Season Drain the marinade and pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Toss with olive oil and seasonings until well coated;
- Cook Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken in a single layer and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and nicely browned.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce — honey mustard, ranch, or a homemade Chick-fil-A sauce.
