  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into bite-sized chunks)
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1/4 cup milk or buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with pickle juice and milk. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.
  2. Season Drain the marinade and pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Toss with olive oil and seasonings until well coated;
  3. Cook Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken in a single layer and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and nicely browned.
  4. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce — honey mustard, ranch, or a homemade Chick-fil-A sauce.
