  • 6 medium Russet Potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth (or Vegetable Broth)
  • 1 cup Milk (or Cream, or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1 tsp Salt (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Place the cubed potatoes and chicken broth in a large pot. Associate with Russet Potatoes, Chicken Broth
  2. Step 2: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are very tender. Associate with Russet Potatoes
  3. Step 3: Remove from heat and use an immersion blender to blend the soup until smooth and creamy. Alternatively, carefully transfer the soup to a regular blender in batches and blend until smooth. Return to the pot. Associate with None
